Most trainers write a program and show you how to exercise. This is more than that. Every session is corrective exercise based, which means we start with what’s limiting your body and build a foundation of optimal movement. Whether you're working through chronic pain, rebuilding strength or just want to move without breaking down, the approach is the same: find the root cause, address it and build strength from there. All training is personalized. Nothing is templated. Package Options: 12 sessions- $900 ($75/session) 24 sessions- $1,680 ($70/session) 36 sessions- $2,340 ($65/session) 48 sessions- $2,880 ($60/session) 100 sessions- $5,500 ($55/session) In person, Ithaca, NY area. 1:1 Deep Health Coaching
Most people try to fix one thing: sleep, nutrition or stress. It may help for a while but the same patterns come back. That's because the problem is rarely the thing you're trying to fix. It's the system underneath it and the habits necessary for life-long change. This is a collaborative process, not a program. You lead, I provide guidance. We start with the lowest-hanging fruit, one simple daily action you're ready and willing to commit to and build from there. The habits and skills you develop become assets you carry for the rest of your life. Not every area needs to be addressed; we work where it actually matters for you.
